Agaves

ZONA VALLES & ALTOS

One of the best tequilas in the world come from the blue agave plants in Jalisco.

We only use 100% pure agave azul from the zone. We give from 6 to 10 years for our agave plants to mature, to make sure they develop the elegant flavors that distinguishes our incredibly smooth Tequila.

Agave notes

Highlands (Jalisco)

Softer, more delicate, and tad bit sweeter.

Highlands agave, sprouting from clay soil, makes tequila much sweeter

Lowlands (Tequila, Jalisco)

Bigger and bolder with herbal, floral, vegetal, citrus, and earthy aromatics and flavors.

Valley-raised agave’s flavor profile is more earthy, spicy, and herbal.

Sustainable
