Humanity has stand up and fall on its knees for many centuries, but humanity has never surrender… We, as humans, have always rise up to face our antagonist, and evolve…. This is Sapiens.
Our legacy.
Our heritage in the Tequila industry takes place in time since 1980. Today Sapiens is distinguished by its authentic flavor and its unique quality, that comes from the best cultivated agaves in the Zona Valles and Zona Altos in Jalisco, Mexico, and it is a magical town where our distillery is located.
We have put great care on the preservation of these invaluable resources, by practicing sustainable farming and growing quality agave with a long-term approach.
Our commitment is to preserve the ecology of the Tequila Region. The vinazas are recycle at the distillery. We reuse the vinazas to fertilize the agave fields, with organic material, yeast and sugar
